In 2000, Timko Developments Ltd. was awarded its first 12-home contract on the Stoney Nakoda Nation. We never looked back.
Since that first contract, Timko has constructed well over 150 homes across the Nation, from Eden Valley to Morley to the Big Horn reserve near Nordegg. These are not cookie-cutter deployments. Sites range from remote family spreads to clustered community layouts, each with its own logistics, relationships, and requirements.
One of our most memorable milestones: a home built in 72 hours, starting Friday at 6:00 p.m. and handing keys to Linda Bearspaw by Monday at 6:00 p.m., fully finished, provided at no cost through the contributions of Timko, our trades, and community partners.
