From resort cottages in British Columbia to commercial builds in Cochrane, every project carries the Timko name and the standard that comes with it.
Timko is actively building in Cochrane and the surrounding area west of Calgary, perfectly positioned between a world-class city and the Canadian Rockies. We handle project management, development, and contracting for offices, churches, multi-family residential buildings, and custom homes. Our head office is here, and our roots in the community run deep.
We entered the Invermere valley in 1999, with active construction beginning in 2001. Our BC focus is vacation and resort homes that honour the landscape, natural woods, stone, and designs that feel like they grew out of the foothills rather than being dropped onto them.
