In the footsteps of the family business that launched Timko, we continue to measure success by client satisfaction, not just square footage. When a project goes well, our resources go further: supporting communities in need across Canada and internationally through partnerships like 3CM.
That is not marketing language. It is how we have operated for decades, building well, treating people fairly, and giving back where we can.
About Cochrane, Alberta
Our head office sits in Cochrane, in the heart of Alberta cattle country along the Cowboy Trail. It is a fast-growing community with friendly people, abundant natural resources, and a setting that stops visitors in their tracks: at the base of the Big Hill in the Bow River Valley, twenty minutes from Calgary and less than an hour from Banff.
Cochrane offers four seasons of recreation, golf, hiking, fishing on the Bow River, hang gliding, and some of the best ice cream in Alberta on Main Street. For our clients, it means building in a community that values craftsmanship, outdoor living, and the kind of straight-talking honesty we try to bring to every job site.
