History
Incorporated in 1999, continuing a family construction legacy that began in 1976.
Timko Developments Ltd. was incorporated in 1999, but our roots run much deeper.
We are a continuation of a long history of construction in our family spanning over 30 years. Timko grew out of D.W. Davidson & Sons Developments Ltd., founded in 1976, a company that built senior citizens complexes, multi-family housing, and commercial projects across Alberta with the same values we carry today.
Today, Timko's head office is in Cochrane, Alberta, with a subsidiary office in Invermere, British Columbia. Our portfolio includes single and multi-family residential buildings, low-cost housing, mountain recreational homes, commercial office development, and church buildings.
All of us at Timko value a good reputation. We build our business on integrity and honesty, striving to deliver a product our customers and Timko can both be proud of, confident that when the keys are handed over, the quality is real.
