Since 2009, Timko has been building cottages in the foothills of western Alberta and British Columbia.
We offer personalized design through to finished product with all work done in-house. That means your exterior palette, interior finishes, and structural details are coordinated by one team, not three contractors who never speak to each other.
From the Columbia Valley to the Bow Valley, Timko has earned a reputation for quality since 1999. Our BC cottages emphasize natural woods and stone so your retreat feels like part of the mountains, not an intrusion on them.
