From the Bow Valley in Alberta to the Columbia Valley in British Columbia, Timko has been building commercial and multi-family projects since 1999.
Our entry into construction began with senior citizens complexes for the Alberta government through D.W. Davidson & Sons Developments Ltd. in 1975, experience that taught us how to manage large-scale projects, tight timelines, and the expectations of institutions that cannot afford surprises.
We completed Mountain View Terrace adult living complex in 2006 and went on to deliver a 68-unit adult living condominium project. Our portfolio also includes churches, office spaces, and multi-family residential buildings, each one managed with qualified staff in the office and on site.
